The Challenge

The critical challenge facing companies of all sizes is how they harness innovation to generate new revenues. Companies taking existing products and services to new markets often need to develop new business models and channels to market. Creating new products and services for existing markets may require innovations not just in technology, products and services, but also in business models and routes to market. Taking new products to new markets combines all these challenges and reinforces the realisation that innovation is an inherently difficult ‘diffusion’ process which requires deep expertise, pace and agility.
